Memories

So I was going through my pictures on my computer and I came to a realization of just how much I have changed in 4 years. You don't think much time really has past or that you could possibly change so much, but believe me, lots can change (for me it has at least).

In High School, I would never cut my hair shorter than my shoulders. In college I tried the a-line bob, and now find myself preferring short hair. I have always wanted long thick hair, but God blessed me with thin hair than must be kept short.

I use to prefer drawing inanimate figures in color but now I prefer drawing faces in black and white with the eyes being the only part that is colored.
When I was younger, I always wanted to have dark hair. I always thought that women with dark hair and light blue eyes were gorgeous. Since then, I have tried different hair styles and colors and now red is my favorite color as of now (I have yet to go blond).
In High School I was outside all the time, for soccer, swimming, boating while learning to wake board. I use to be the darkest member of the family as shown in the picture, with my cousin Sarah on the left and my sister Kalee on the right. In present day, I am so not dark anymore. I have Rexburg to thank for that, having to wear pants all day and such, my body doesn't get to see much sun these days :(
And no I have never gone tanning.

I would never be caught dead wearing a ton of pink when I was younger, and now pink is one of my favorite colors to wear.
I use to prefer being outside playing sports and such, now I find myself loving to read and cross stitch baby blankets inside.

A lot has changed for me in the past 4 years and who knows what could happen in the next 4 years; children, a career, and possibly a permanent house. I am excited to see what these next years bring.

Fire Wire Grillers

Ok, so I know that this is a little late, but better late than never right. So as many of you know, Jared is graduating in Business Marketing. He is currently in a Web Designing class and so far he seems to be loving it. This class teaches Jared how to build a website and be able to make a business out of it. So in other words, Jared has to build a website and sell products.

So for days on end and hours every night, Jared has been spending
just about every
waking moment(other than when he is in school or work) building his website for the ground up, and I will say that he has done an amazing job. If any of you would like to check it out and see what an amazing job he has done, click here and any comments or advice of what he could do to make it better would be great.

So, what Jared is "selling" for his school assignment are these FireWire Grillers.
They are grilling skewersds that are used for making Kabobs. They are a flexible cable of sorts that you can stick on the grill, yet are used the same as any Kabobs. They are like 30 inches long so they can hold quite a bit of food. They are great gifts for Father's, Husbands or anyone who just loves to be outside on the grill. Jared bought some for us a while back so he thought it would be a good potential business for his online class, so he is going for it. Hopefully this will be able to be a little side business for us while we are in school.

Freakin Hilarious!

Ok, so, some time ago my dad showed us this little video. He and a couple of guys from this work like to send each other funny clips and videos. Lets just say that it is amazing what people will do to be on television. This clip is a Japanese Game Show that does Tongue Twisters, and if they mess up, lets just say that there are consequences :) The guy in the Red is my favorite, you won't be able to understand ANYTHING but you can usually guess what is going on. Enjoy!

My New Fav.

Ok, so, several weeks ago I started watching this show on TV. My normal time to wake up is around 8:30, and I have no idea why, but I just wake up then. On certain days of the week Jared would sleep in cause he didn't have class until 11:00. So, while Jared was asleep, I would turn on the TV and this TV show "Supernatural" would be on. So, I watched it and I thought it was interesting. Turned out that ever weekday morning from 8-10 this show would be on. So, it become a habit. Now I am almost addicted, but not quite. I've limited myself to how much I can watch. I got the seasons to Supernatural, cause I realized that when I was watching it one TV, I started in the middle of season 3. So I figured how about I just start from the beginning. So I have been watching Supernatural, and I am loving it.

So this TV series is about these two brother, Dean and Sam, who go hunting for demons, dark creatures, that sort of thing. Well to start at the beginning, Dean and Sam's mother got murdered by a demon and since that moment, the brother's father goes searching for this demon for many years. Dean and Sam continue their father's hunting, its sort of the family job you might say. As the series continue, Sam has been chosen by a certain demon to bring to past a war of the demons, he is suppose to be their leader, while at the same time Dean is trying to save his brother from potential death taking him to hell.
Its a very intriguing show, granted it is pretty intense and has some dark events, but none the less, intriguing. Right now it is my favorite TV show. :)

My Eccentric Husband, Jared

Ok, so most of you know that Jared and I have been married for a year now and we are loving life. Jared is the best thing that has ever happened to me, and has never ceased to amaze me with his personality. Ok, so, we have church at 1:30 p.m. (the most horrific time to have church if you ask me). So whenever we are done with church, we usually just head home, change into PJs and I start making our Sunday dinner. That is usually our typical Sunday; sleep in late till like 10 or 12 depending on if its me or Jared (Jared is the one that sleeps in the most), church, home, PJs, dinner and bed. So today, we got home from church, and I realized that I forgot to turn on the dishwasher before we left for church, so I was a little ticked about that. Jared went back and changed out of his church clothes. I yelled back to him and asked him to bring me my PJs into the kitchen, so I could change while getting the dishwasher filled and going.
Well lets just say Jared definitely brought me my PJs, in an unexpected way.
So Im in the kitchen doing what Im doing and I turn around to see Jared in my very own PJs, talk about hilarious, right. I just about died laughing. Surprising to say that my bottoms actually fit him alright, though they were flooding just a little bit. Though I must say, that my shirt was much tighter on him.
Of course we had to get a butt shot. Just FYI, Jared's butt isn't really this big. His is sticking out his butt and he has hit basketball shorts underneath my pajama bottoms which only accentuates his butt just that much more :) I just can't help loving this guy, with his bubbly personality and surprising attributes.
